• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and payment information
• Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of service

Limitation of Liability

EclatNeon shall not be liable for:

• Product misuse or improper care
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
• Color variations due to monitor settings

Intellectual Property

All content on EclatNeon (logos, product images, descriptions) is our exclusive property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags
• Customer bears return shipping costs
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving returned items
• Final sale items are non-refundable (clearly marked as such)

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction. Both parties waive the right to pursue class action claims.
